By entering a giveaway on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
1.1. The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Audiobook Review are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Entry
2.1. To enter, participants must provide their name, email address, and the audiobook they would like to receive, and agree to these terms and conditions.
2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted using the standard entry form. Multiple entries may result in disqualification, unless additional entries are explicitly allowed through stated bonus conditions.
2.3. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered.
Prize
3.1. The prize consists of one audiobook selected by the winner, purchased and delivered via Audible’s gifting system.
3.2. The audiobook must be available for purchase and gifting in the recipient’s region through Audible. If the selected title is unavailable, the winner may be asked to choose an alternative.
3.3. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
3.4. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing.
3.5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
3.6. The Audiobook Review is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses, regional restrictions, or issues with the recipient’s Audible account.
Prize Delivery
4.1. The prize will be delivered using Audible’s gifting system to the email address provided by the winner.
4.2. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure their email address and Audible account details are correct and able to receive gifted titles.
4.3. If a gifted audiobook is not redeemed within one (1) month, or if the winner does not respond to reasonable attempts at contact, the prize may be cancelled and redrawn at our discretion.
Privacy
5.1. Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
5.2. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.3. If you win, you agree that your first name and selected audiobook may be published as part of a winner announcement.
Disqualification and Changes
6.1. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the giveaway process.
6.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time if required.

7.1. This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Audible or Amazon.
Release and Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the extent permitted by law, The Audiobook Review is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
