By entering giveaways on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility:
1.1. The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Audiobook Review are not eligible to participate. - Giveaway Entry:
2.1. To enter the giveaway, participants must provide their name, email address, the audiobook they would like to win and agree to these terms and conditions.
2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
2.3. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered. - Prize:
3.1. The prize consists of a free audiobook of the participant’s choice from the available selection at Audible.com.
3.2. The winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries.
3.3. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days after the giveaway ends.
3.4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. - Privacy:
4.1. The personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
4.2. By entering the giveaway, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.3. By entering the giveaway and should you win, you consent to your first name and audiobook selection to be made public as part of any announcement of giveaway winners. - Disqualification and Changes:
5.1. The Audiobook Review reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the giveaway process.
5.2. The Audiobook Review reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
5.3. The Audiobook Review reserves the right to cancel a gift if it has not been redeemed after one month or when there has been a lack of any communication from the receiver to confirm their details are correct. Additionally, The Audiobook Review reserves the right to redraw the giveaway and reallocate the prize at its discretion. - Release and Limitation of Liability:
6.1. By entering the giveaway, you release The Audiobook Review and its representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.
