A cold case investigation into the disappearance of 13-year-olds, Christopher Deeks and Ewan Birley, who vanished in the early '90s, opens up old wounds, old lies and a botched investigation into the very heart of the church. DI Alan Williams and the Major Investigation Team find themselves chasing a murderer while trying to contain the backlash of an early release program, designed to help the prisons cope with the COVID-19 outbreak.
